These terms apply when you purchase a subscription to Market Signal as a consumer (B2C). For business customers, see our Master Subscription Agreement.

2. What you’re buying
A subscription to access the Service (SaaS) for a set period as described at checkout. The Service provides AI-powered market research insights based on publicly available Reddit discussions and search data. Delivery is immediate upon successful payment — you access the Service via the web.
3. Price and payment
Prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout (prices may exclude VAT where applicable). Payment is processed via Stripe. Your subscription activates after successful payment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the current period ends.
4. Delivery
Access is granted immediately after checkout. You can use the Service as soon as your account is active.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
5.1 You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without reason (“cooling-off period”).
5.2 Exception for digital content. For digital content supplied in non-tangible form, you lose your right to withdraw once you have explicitly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you waive withdrawal once performance has begun. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm: “I consent to immediate access to the Service and understand that I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal.” If you do not consent, you may withdraw within 14 days before using the Service.
5.3 To exercise withdrawal (if not waived), send a clear statement to lauraottosolutions@gmail.com.
5.4 If you withdraw before access is provided, we will refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method.
6. Conformity guarantee
Under the Digital Content Directive (as transposed into applicable law), digital content must conform to the contract for 2 years from supply. If a lack of conformity appears within this period, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity at no cost, unless impossible or disproportionate. You may also be entitled to a price reduction or termination for significant non-conformity.
7. AI-powered service and third-party data
The Service uses AI and third-party data sources (Reddit, DataForSEO). We are not affiliated with Reddit Inc. See our disclaimer for details.
8. Privacy
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
9. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when creating an account and keep login credentials confidential.
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
- Refrain from scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to access non-public areas of the Service.
- Do not misuse the Service, including attempting to overload, disrupt, or bypass usage limits.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Complaints and disputes

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR): If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may seek ADR under Directive 2013/11/EU. Contact us at lauraottosolutions@gmail.com to initiate the process.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period or 30 days after notice, whichever is sooner. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from mandatory protections of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
